At New Women Shoes, we want you to love every step you take; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your footwear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and include all tags to ensure the items remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new pair within 5-7 business days.
